- Executive Order 13160 (Title IX Information) - Executive Order 13160 protects people from discrimination based on sex in education programs and activities.
- Facilities and services available to students with accessibility needs: For students with accessibilities, the Academic Support Programs assist in the area of transitioning and assists students in arranging their academic and residential accommodations. The Programs ensure students receive the support services needed for accomplishing their educational and career goals. The Programs collaborate and coordinate with external agencies and programs citywide, statewide, and nationwide, as well as with tribal entities. The office is located in the Student Center.

- Student Complaint Policy and Procedures - SIPI will ensure that student complaints are heard and properly tracked through a uniform process outlined by the Student Complaints Policy. This process will be used by SIPI faculty, staff, and students to accept and process student-initiated complaints. The purpose of this policy is to provide a method for prompt and equitable settlement of student-initiated complaints in which no other forum is available. This tracking process will be used to monitor and improve customer service for students. The Student Complaints Policy and Student Complaint Form are available at the College Operations office in the Administration Building or on the SIPI website.
